Ball screw bearings can withstand large axial loads in a single direction, and can also withstand a certain radial load at the same time. Ball screw support bearings usually need to be used in double or multiple combinations, and the matching method is the same as angular contact ball bearings. CZPT can offer ISO metric ball screw bearings and non-ISO metric ball screw bearings, which are widely used for precision instruments and ball bearing lead screws.
Ball screw bearings can withstand large axial loads in a single direction, and can also withstand a certain radial load at the same time. Ball screw support bearings usually need to be used in double or multiple combinations, and the matching method is the same as angular contact ball bearings.
ZYS ball screw bearing is a one-way angular contact thrust ball bearing with contact angle of 60°. It has good performance of high precision, high speed, high axial stiffness, low friction, long life and high&low speed transition conversion. CZPT ball screw bearing is particularly suitable for ball bearing lead screw and similar transmission components in high speed precision CNC machine tools.
ZYS ball screw thrust bearings have 7602 and 7603 series, which are standard metric with internal diameters from 12mm to 130mm in accordance with JB/T8564 standard.

ZYS Tapered roller bearings
Main structural forms
1.Single row tapered roller bearing
Single row tapered roller bearing can limit the axial displacement of the shaft or shell in 1 direction and bear the axial load in 1 direction. Additional axial force is generated under the action of radial load. Therefore, in the 2 supports of the shaft, the end faces of bearing outer ring and bearing inner ring are oppositely mounted. If used alone, the applied axial force must be greater than the additional axial force. The 313 series tapered roller bearings have large contact angles (27°~ 30°) and can withstand large axial loads. The contact angle of tapered roller bearings in other series is between 10°and 18°.
2. Double row tapered roller bearing
Double row tapered roller bearing has a pair of raceway outer ring and 2 inner rings, and a middle spacer between the 2 inner rings. The thickness of the spacer can be adjusted to adjust the bearing clearance. Double row tapered roller bearing can bear the bidirectional axial load while bearing the radial load. It can limit the bidirectional axial displacement of the shaft or shell within the axial clearance range of the bearing.
3. Four row tapered roller bearings
Four row tapered roller bearings adopt 2 double raceway inner rings, 1 double raceway outer ring and 2 single raceway outer rings, and there are spacers between inner ring and outer ring for adjusting clearance. It has similar performance with double row bearing: large radial load and low limit speed. Four row tapered roller bearings are mainly used for heavy machinery, such as rolling mill.

ZYS cylindrical roller bearings
Double-row cylindrical roller bearing used for lathe spindle etc. high speed and high stiffness application. Three series: NN30, NN49, NNU49 Features: Both of the inner & outer ring and the roller are used high quality bearing steel. Can choose bearing cage according to the specific application. High performance PPS resin series or roller CZPT copper alloy cage.
ZYS spherical roller bearings
Application of Spherical roller bearings: Mechanical Fans and Blowers, Gearbox and Pumps, Wind Turbines, Material Handling , Offshore Drilling, Mining and Construction Equipment, Pulp and Paper Processing Equipment.
Spherical roller bearings have 2 rows of rollers that are mainly used for withstanding radial loads and also axial loads in either direction. Self-aligning roller bearings have high radial load capacity, especially suitable for heavy load or vibration load, but can not withstand the axial load. Spherical roller thrust bearings have good self-aligning properties and can compensate for the coaxiality error.
ZYS needle roller bearings
The needle bearing is roller bearing with a cylindrical roller, which is both thin and long with respect to its diameter. In spite of the smaller cross section, the bearing still has a high load bearing capacity. The needle bearing is equipped with thin and long rollers (roller diameter D ≤ 5mm, L/D ≥ 2.5, L means the length of the roller), therefore its radial structure is compact. When the inner diameter size and load capacity are the same as those of other types, the outer diameter is the smallest, which is particularly suitable for a support structure in which the radial installation size is limited.
This type of bearing has a radial needle and thrust full of ball, or with a thrust ball, or with a thrust cylindrical roller, or with the angular contact ball into one, can withstand unidirectional or two way axial load. Can also be designed according to the user’s specific structural requirements.
ZYS Slewing bearings
The workshop covers an area of 18000,and there are 102 production facilities. The slewing bearing production capacity is 600 pieces per month. We have the capacity to manufacture products from ¢100mm to ¢7000mm independently. Besides that, depending on our complete quality control system we can produce 12000mm slewing bearing.
ZYS 1 way clutch bearings
ZYS One Way Bearings are divided into open type and sealed type. The keyway can be machined on the inner ring and outer ring.
ZYS freewheel clutch is mainly used in such applications as speed conversion, reversal preventing, intermittent movement and etc. Working principle is to use friction generated by wedge, spring and such compression elements to transmit torque.
Features: Small size, transmitting high torque, smooth combining, high slip combining, working without noise, etc.
ZYS ball screw bearings
Ball screw bearings can withstand large axial loads in a single direction, and can also withstand a certain radial load at the same time. Ball screw support bearings usually need to be used in double or multiple combinations, and the matching method is the same as angular contact ball bearings.
ZYS ball screw bearing is a one-way angular contact thrust ball bearing with contact angle of 60°. It has good performance of high precision, high speed, high axial stiffness, low friction, long life and high&low speed transition conversion. CZPT ball screw bearing is particularly suitable for ball bearing lead screw and similar transmission components in high speed precision CNC machine tools.
ZYS ball screw thrust bearings have 7602 and 7603 series, which are standard metric with internal diameters from 12mm to 130mm in accordance with JB/T8564 standard.
ZYS cross roller bearings
ZYS precision cross cylindrical roller bearings can simultaneously bear radial load, bidirectional thrust load and overturning moment, and have high rigidity.
