Product Description

Ball screw bearings can withstand large axial loads in a single direction, and can also withstand a certain radial load at the same time. Ball screw support bearings usually need to be used in double or multiple combinations, and the matching method is the same as angular contact ball bearings. CZPT can offer ISO metric ball screw bearings and non-ISO metric ball screw bearings, which are widely used for precision instruments and ball bearing lead screws. 

Ball screw bearings can withstand large axial loads in a single direction, and can also withstand a certain radial load at the same time. Ball screw support bearings usually need to be used in double or multiple combinations, and the matching method is the same as angular contact ball bearings.

ZYS ball screw bearing is a one-way angular contact thrust ball bearing with contact angle of 60°. It has good performance of high precision, high speed, high axial stiffness, low friction, long life and high&low speed transition conversion. CZPT ball screw bearing is particularly suitable for ball bearing lead screw and similar transmission components in high speed precision CNC machine tools.

ZYS ball screw thrust bearings have 7602 and 7603 series, which are standard metric with internal diameters from 12mm to 130mm in accordance with JB/T8564 standard.

CZPT precision angular contact ball bearings can be supplied by assemble sets with two, three, 4 or 5 bearings to form a complete bearing group. The elements of bearing group are produced by matching requirement, so that the bearings can get the predetermined preload and rigidity after installation. The inner and outer diameter and angle of the same bearing group shall be controlled within the allowable tolerance. For bearings with special requirement, the tolerance will be even smaller.

ZYS Tapered roller bearings

Main structural forms

1.Single row tapered roller bearing

Single row tapered roller bearing can limit the axial displacement of the shaft or shell in 1 direction and bear the axial load in 1 direction. Additional axial force is generated under the action of radial load. Therefore, in the 2 supports of the shaft, the end faces of bearing outer ring and bearing inner ring are oppositely mounted. If used alone, the applied axial force must be greater than the additional axial force. The 313 series tapered roller bearings have large contact angles (27°~ 30°) and can withstand large axial loads. The contact angle of tapered roller bearings in other series is between 10°and 18°.

2. Double row tapered roller bearing

Double row tapered roller bearing has a pair of raceway outer ring and 2 inner rings, and a middle spacer between the 2 inner rings. The thickness of the spacer can be adjusted to adjust the bearing clearance. Double row tapered roller bearing can bear the bidirectional axial load while bearing the radial load. It can limit the bidirectional axial displacement of the shaft or shell within the axial clearance range of the bearing.

3. Four row tapered roller bearings

Four row tapered roller bearings adopt 2 double raceway inner rings, 1 double raceway outer ring and 2 single raceway outer rings, and there are spacers between inner ring and outer ring for adjusting clearance. It has similar performance with double row bearing: large radial load and low limit speed. Four row tapered roller bearings are mainly used for heavy machinery, such as rolling mill.

ZYS spherical roller bearings
 

Application of Spherical roller bearings: Mechanical Fans and Blowers, Gearbox and Pumps, Wind Turbines, Material Handling , Offshore Drilling, Mining and Construction Equipment, Pulp and Paper Processing Equipment.
Spherical roller bearings have 2 rows of rollers that are mainly used for withstanding radial loads and also axial loads in either direction. Self-aligning roller bearings have high radial load capacity, especially suitable for heavy load or vibration load, but can not withstand the axial load. Spherical roller thrust bearings have good self-aligning properties and can compensate for the coaxiality error. 

ZYS needle roller bearings
 

The needle bearing is roller bearing with a cylindrical roller, which is both thin and long with respect to its diameter. In spite of the smaller cross section, the bearing still has a high load bearing capacity. The needle bearing is equipped with thin and long rollers (roller diameter D ≤ 5mm, L/D ≥  2.5, L means the length of the roller), therefore its radial structure is compact. When the inner diameter size and load capacity are the same as those  of other types, the outer diameter is the smallest, which is particularly suitable for a support structure in which the radial installation size is limited.

This type of bearing has a radial needle and thrust full of ball, or with a thrust ball, or with a thrust cylindrical roller, or with the angular contact ball into one, can withstand unidirectional or two way axial load. Can also be designed according to the user’s specific structural requirements.

ZYS 1 way clutch bearings

ZYS One Way Bearings are divided into open type and sealed type. The keyway can be machined on the inner ring and outer ring.
ZYS freewheel clutch is mainly used in such applications as speed conversion, reversal preventing, intermittent movement and etc. Working principle is to use friction generated by wedge, spring and such compression elements to transmit torque.

ZYS ball screw bearings

Ball screw bearings can withstand large axial loads in a single direction, and can also withstand a certain radial load at the same time. Ball screw support bearings usually need to be used in double or multiple combinations, and the matching method is the same as angular contact ball bearings.
ZYS ball screw bearing is a one-way angular contact thrust ball bearing with contact angle of 60°. It has good performance of high precision, high speed, high axial stiffness, low friction, long life and high&low speed transition conversion. CZPT ball screw bearing is particularly suitable for ball bearing lead screw and similar transmission components in high speed precision CNC machine tools.
ZYS ball screw thrust bearings have 7602 and 7603 series, which are standard metric with internal diameters from 12mm to 130mm in accordance with JB/T8564 standard. 

ZYS cross roller bearings

ZYS precision cross cylindrical roller bearings can simultaneously bear radial load, bidirectional thrust load and overturning moment, and have high rigidity.
This type of bearing is suitable for rotating tables in machining centers, joint parts or rotating parts of industrial robots, rotating parts of manipulators, medical equipment, precision rotating tables, IC manufacturing devices, measuring instruments, etc.
Inside the cross cylindrical roller bearing, the rollers are arranged at 90°to cross each other vertically, and the structure is compact. CZPT precision cross cylindrical roller bearings have 3 structural forms: with full complement rollers, with cages, and with interval retainers. Among them, bearings with full complement rollers are suitable for low speed and heavy load conditions; while bearings with cage and with interval retainer is suitable for the working condition of small friction torque and high speed.

The insert ball bearing is a bearing unit that combines rolling bearing and bearing seat together. Most insert ball bearings have spherical outer 
diameters and are installed together with imported bearing seats with spherical inner holes. They have various structural forms, good versatility 
and interchangeability. At the same time, the insert ball bearings are also self aligning in design, easy to install, and have a doublestructured sealing 
device, which can work in harsh environments. 
The bearing housing of insert bearings is generally formed by casting and usually have are vertical seat (P), square seat (F), round seat (FC), 
diamond seat (FL), slider seat (T), etc.
Radial insert ball bearings can be divided into three categories according to the way of matching with the shaft:

Single-row

The single-row ball bearing is one of the most popular types of bearings. The inner and outer ring are designed with raceway grooves that are shaped slightly larger than the balls. Single-row ball bearings are also called angular-contact ball bearings. Because of their single-row design, they are not separable and can accommodate a high-speed, heavy-duty application. Single-row angular-contact ball bearings can only handle axial load in one direction, and they must be installed in pairs for pure radial loads. Single-row ball bearings are a popular type of rolling bearings and can be used for a wide range of applications.

Self-aligning

The self-aligning ball bearing was invented by Sven Wingquist, a plant engineer for a textile company in Sweden. While he was responsible for making production as efficient as possible, he soon realized that the machinery he had in place wasn’t working as efficiently as it could. Although ball bearings are great for reducing friction, they were not flexible enough to compensate for misalignments in the machine.
Self-aligning ball bearings have two rows of balls and a common sphered raceway. The inner ring is curved and combines the two rows of balls into one cage. These bearings can tolerate shaft misalignment and compensate for static angular defects. They can be used in simple woodworking machinery, ventilators, and conveying equipment. They are often the preferred choice for applications where shaft alignment is an issue.

Ceramic

A Ceramic ball bearing is a type of high-performance bearing that is available in both full-ceramic and hybrid forms. The main differences between ceramic and steel ball bearings are their construction, lubrication, and mobility. High-quality ceramic ball bearings are durable, and they are ideal for corrosive and high-temperature applications. The material used to create these bearings helps prevent electrolytic corrosion. They are also ideal for reducing the friction and lubrication requirements.
Ceramic balls are harder and less brittle than steel balls, which gives them a higher degree of rigidity. Ceramics also have a higher hardness, with a hardness of Rc75-80 compared to Rc58-64 for steel balls. Their high compressive strength is approximately 5 to 7 times greater than steel. In addition, they have a very low coefficient of friction, which allows them to spin at higher speeds and with less friction. This increases their lifespan and durability, and decreases the energy needed to turn cranks.

Steel

Unlike traditional bearings, steel balls have a relatively uniform hardness. Carbon steel, for instance, is 2.1% carbon by weight. According to the American Iron and Steel Institute, copper content must be no more than 0.40% and manganese content should not be more than 1.65 g/cm3. After carbonizing, steel balls undergo a process called sizing, which improves their roundness geometry and hardness.
The main differences between steel ball bearings and ceramic ball bearings can be traced to their different materials. Ceramic balls are made from zirconium dioxide or silicon nitride. Silicon nitride is harder than steel and resists shocks. The result is increased speed and longer service life. Polyoxymethylene acetal (PMMA) bearing balls are known for their stiffness, strength, and tolerance, but are not as common as steel ball bearings.

Plastic

The most popular types of plastic ball bearings are made of polypropylene or PTFE. These bearings are used in applications requiring higher chemical resistance. Polypropylene is a structural polymer that offers excellent physical and chemical properties, including excellent resistance to organic solvents and degreasing agents. Its lightweight, low moisture absorption rate, and good heat resistance make it an excellent choice for high-temperature applications. However, plastic bearings are not without their drawbacks, especially when operating at very high temperatures or under heavy loads.
Compared to metal bearings, plastic ball-bearings do not require lubrication. They also are highly corrosion-resistant, making them an excellent choice for wash-down applications. They are also post-, autoclave-, and gamma sterilizable. Many conventional steel ball-bearings cannot handle the high temperatures of food processing or swimming pools.
