Product Description

Compared with ordinary bearings, stainless steel bearings not only have obvious advantages in material but also are much stricter in process and precision control than ordinary bearings. During the working process, the stainless steel bearings work stably, have low noise, are corrosion-resistant, and are widely used.

AISI SUS440C stainless steel (domestic brand: 9Cr18Mo, 9Cr18) is used for bearing ring and rolling body material after vacuum quenching and tempering, and AISI304 stainless steel (domestic brand: OCr18Ni9) is used for cage and sealing ring skeleton material. Compared with ordinary bearing steel, stainless steel bearings have stronger anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties, and can be used in an environment of -60°C~+300°C by selecting appropriate lubricants and dust covers. Stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are resistant to corrosion caused by moisture and certain other media. These single-row deep groove ball bearings have the same deep bearing raceway grooves as standard deep groove ball bearings made of carbon chromium (rolling bearing) steel, and the fit between the bearing raceway and the balls is extremely high. Stainless steel bearings are widely used in food processing, medical equipment, and pharmaceutical machinery because of their high mechanical strength and large load capacity.
